So, if you have cover why trade Mumford?

He won't play this weekend (+7days from procedure) then it is another 9 days till his next game. He had a local and they pumped some fluid out his knee. I'm definitely going to sacrifice the 50 - 100 points that i lose from him missing and currie playing and keeping the trade.

Toga

Interesting point mate! I don't mind it either.

My worry is that Currie is obviously only borderline in the team at the moment and another wet weather game might see him gone from the team again and a donut is the last thing you want. Are we definitely willing to risk Mumford being back in two weeks time though?

Currie is unlikely to play, but if he is named then I may reconsider. By the way, there's already an big thread on Mummy.

And if Currie doesn't play?  ::)

Even if he's picked there's every chance he could be a late withdrawal again.

BigMac_93

I have currie and derrickx and I am confident atleast Derrickx will play as Swans need someone to support Pyke.

Will hold Mumford. He will still be a top 3 ruckman come seasons end.

jeesh

Get on the sauce like all us Nic Nat owners :D

I'll weigh up my options if he's named, fortunately North play early on Saturday.

I think Currie will play against Collingwood. Main reasons:
- Pies will play Witts and Grundy
- Late withdrawal because it was soaking in Sydney. No rain predicted.

If named, will play. If not, hope Thurlow gets a game finally (fat chance)

I hope you're right, I'd rather not blow another trade.

I hope you're wrong, haha. Need Goldy to get back to 110.

I hear you there. Sticking it out with the Gold man is not helping me. Don't think any ruckman got a ton this weekend.

If Currie plays I'll also hold, he should be good for 40-60 points and a trade isn't worth the additional 60 odd points. But when it comes to donuts, I'm highly allergic, I think last week was my first in 2 years.

Never good to be eating donuts in your fantasy team. Even if Currie plays, how likely do you think it will be that Mumford will be back by Round 6 (or 7 even)?
