Both teams coming of disappointing losses and will be really wanting to win this match. Will Brisbane lift inspired by Johnathan Browns 250th match? Can the Tigers bounce game? Will be an interesting game which may be closer than people think.  Early forecast fine conditions but with the latish start 7:50pm AEST dew may be an issue.

expecting a big game from Rocky giving him the VC

Jroo

We have to win this, if not it could be season over :(
I think we should win though, the Lions have a few key players out and we have a decent record against the Lions up at the Gabba, recently.

Toga

After Brisbane's performance against Port surely we can beat them. As Jroo said this is a must-win game for us and I think on paper we should but the team is low on confidence at the moment.

Should be a few changes made as well.

If we lose this, I'm officially abandoning hope for season 2014. I can't endure another season of this shower.

Please get up lads, not just for yourselves and your own confidence, but that of your faithful (and not so faithful) supporters.  :(

Damien Hardwick's job is now firmly on the line. Starting to look like Frawley's tenure during 2004 and Wallace's tenure in 2009. Richmond should win but it may only delay the inevitable if Richmond do not make finals this year.

Ricochet

Gotta back in Richmond here. Season is well and truly on the line

Hardwicks job isn't on the line at all, if we miss the finals and start next year like this again then it will be but for now he's as safe as it gets and so he should be.

Richmond should win I think. Both teams injury depleted but we have a very strong record against Brisbane and they are the out of form team of the comp at the moment. Definitely season over if we lose though

GoLions

Browny will kick the match winner after the siren. Mark my words.

Tiges don't travel north all that well.....so with the weight of history against them..i reckon the Lions at home by 28pts

BL v Rich head to head (last 5): Rich 5 v BL 0

Three of those last 5 were in Brisbane. We don't travel to Cairns well, but Brisbane's not quite so far up :P ;)
