I just traded Ellis for Crouch, I think Aish has more upside going forward, with all the injuries to the lions

SC gold also predicts Tyson to make $74,900 between now and his Rd10 bye.
If you downgrade him now to Crouch you pocket $200,400 and Crouch is projected to rise by $134,200 to his Rd8 bye or $156,300 after Rd9.
The trade could make you $334,600 by the Rd8 bye.
That's one way of looking at it.

Very true, and Crouch's rise is a very conservative figure given his sub score has been factored in. He'll make 150k minimum over the next few weeks, possibly more.

The other factor is you get your profits to make money too, put the 200k into a fallen premo like Griffen or Swan and you stand to make another 100k. So all up the exercise could yield 400k. I've never been too concerned by selling only when a player maxes out, 3 price rises is usually sufficient, the remaining profits are like a trickle in comparison.

What I meant was that you either started with him or you missed out as no point trying to burn a trade for another player who is going to make you money as well.

can i enquire as to why the hype about this kid? he was sub in his first game, but came on in the second Q and only scored 45. what's to say he wont be the sub every second or third week?
his 80 last week was nice, but it isn't exactly earth shattering given they won by 100 points

bump. any thoughts or he just will be good? JS good with a few players to come back into the crows?

Ramus

I think he should be fine for long enough for us to milk him, I am jumping on this week and will see how he goes, hopefully make a couple of hundred K on him.

fever

thanks, no concern that he will be sub a few times in future weeks?

Ramus

I guess there is that chance, Brodie Martin looks like a good vest candidate, but you're right, between Crouch, Laird and Martin, one of them will get it. One thing is for sure though, Crouch goes about it way better that Martin so hopefully Martin gets it for the next couple of games.

frogjumper

Not sure on Templetons BE or Expected price rises, but Cunningham is a good adowngrade option if you have him.

He is likely to only make 50k more over the next 3-4 weeks. While his bye is better than Crouch if you can afford the extra none player in R8 then this is the best option.

I think he'll score 80's for the most part, Adelaide play GWS, Dogs & Melbourne over the next few weeks so he'll find his level quite comfortably. Crouch isn't flashy but he knows how to find the ball, in the TAC Cup he was averaging in the high thirties for disposals so I would expect this to translate into some decent scores against some lower placed clubs. As far as job security is concerned, I think he'll be fine for the interim, Sanderson loves him and Brad Crouch will be out for quite some time. I'll be looking to upgrade him in 3 weeks hopefully to a round 8 premo, I'm down to 17 players now and Crouch, Fasolo & Lloyd are my only tradeable players. If he can score 1 ton against these teams his price should nudge 300k.

Don't have time to check before work but from memory they are both projected to make around 75k, the same as Tyson.
Might want check that though.
