If you look at the footage you can understand why RTB isn't happy - totally undisciplined action from Sylvia.

not sure I would like to be Colin Sylvia on the training track the next four weeks.I am sure that Lyon will have told the fitness people to work him to death and then give him some more.He wouldn't be game to even make one squeak about it being tough.
The next four weeks will make or break Colin Sylvia as a Docker.
