Don't worry pyro I will also be playing with 2 OOP, although mine will be in the defense...
Pretty much makes our game 14 vs 14 :)

Purple 77

So, Hunter, Tutt, Fitzpatrick and Garlett were ALL on extended benches, and all are named emergencies!

I have to cop Paine's 22 as a bloomin emergency!

Sigh.

Anyways, team now is:

Def: Michael Hibberd, Jack Grimes, Paul Duffield, Colin Garland
Mid: Jack Steven, Nat Fyfe (C), Daniel Wells, Daniel Jackson (VC)
Ruck: Jake Spencer
For: Josh J Kennedy, Dayne Zorko, Lewis Jetta, Jarryn Geary (OOP)
Int: Reece Conca, Jack Viney
Emg: Josh Saunders, Ricky Petterd, Jackson Paine

Pretty sure Geary's OOP score will outscore Paine's 22, plus I get a better HA this way

Holz

#80
Birchall Murphy Hansen McDonald watts
Rockliff VC Watson Selwood C Boak
Goldstein
Franklin Gray frost
Nds mundy

Grigg L.Delaney

Justin Bieber

Think that means this is Holz's 2nd flooding of the year. Only 1 left if so!

Isn't Watts a D/F though? Could just switch him forward Holz!

CrowsFan

Holz you already said you were flooding before the lockout on Thursday. You can't swap back now sorry.

Really scraping the barrel for defenders. Zaha will continue in defence after performing well last week, whilst Stringer comes back in to the side playing the opposite end of the ground that he's used to. Devon Smith is back in the forward line after serving his suspension.

Sorry Nails, resting has to be done before round starts. All teams announced at this point anyway!

@My Chumps and pyronerd

Both you didn't name a team. I should just name a team for you, and have the Lions/Tigers players locked. But think will give this choice:

- Name a team by Saturday, but you can't name any Tigers/Lions players

- I name you a team based on preferences (and yes Cotchin would be captain of Cape Town), but this would count as a strike against you. A second strike would mean you lose a premiership point.

So.... choice up to you...

Ah flower, serious? I was at training tonight so didn't see final teams (Caddy out) till after the lockout. Not sure what else I could've done :(

Yeah, sorry Toga. Gray can still be moved around (not a Lions/Tigers) player, but you can't name flood/attack anymore.

That's a shame. I had a PM from My Chumps with the team listed and a note to say that he wanted to use Cotchin as C (well VC and do the loophole).

If you were to name us a team Ossie I assume it would be different to the one we posted?

This would be my read of the team auto-picked by preferences?

D: Pittard, Guthrie, Haynes, Everitt
M: Cotchin (C), JPK, Thomas, Cooney
R: Hill
F: Cameron, Darling, Higgins, Hawkins
U: Tyson, Bird
E: Curnow, Gwilt, Crouch

Is there any scope for us to change this and have Curnow instead of Bird and Gwilt instead of Pittard?

If not I still think that would be a better team for us as we really would have preferred to have Cotchin's C score (and indeed his score in our team at least) and get a strike than not. Athough I haven't spoken to My Chumps since you made the above post so I can't really be 100% sure but I think he'd be happy for me to make this call and go with this team instead of the one without Cotchin in.
