Downgrading Shiels was going to be Dunstan

Matt Crouch has already gone up and is $100,000 more than Sam Gray but has better JS and probably higher scoring. Crouch plays GWS and Bulldogs and Melbourne in the coming weeks so the points could come in handy and maybe even be an M8?

Sam Gray the $100,000 could be handy in the next few weeks coming up before the bye. The 87 he scored was in a training drill against a train wreck so was it a fluke and can he keep scoring and turn into a nice cash cow against West Coast and Geelong in the coming weeks?

I was going to add Gleeson but if want to spend that much Crouch is going to be a better pick anyway

I think Gray is only assured a spot while Monfries is out so if you think he can make enough cash in a few weeks until Monfries is back then maybe take a punt on him.

Crouch is looking very good though and his JS looks a little better at this stage.

hard to justify that extra 100k on a player that would just be on the bench so im leaning towards gray if he looks like stringing a few more games together

Don't think Dunstan is worth downgrading IMO, he's only 100k away from the premos so I dont see worth downgrading...

Word here in Adelaide is he wont play as he has to make way for either Butcher and Wingard but should be back pretty soon i think as i think Young or Hombsch will be dropped soon

Toga

Yep I've also heard here in Adelaide on the radio I think it was that he could lose his spot to a returning Wingard this week. But you would think Young would be more in the line of fire at this stage? ???

Really? flower. Probably gonna have to go Robertson now

yeah living in SA I've heard story's throughout the week but surely kicking 3 goals and getting a heap of ball keeps your spot in the side?

He couldn't have done much else

Toga

Yeah obviously someone has to make way for Wingard but tbh I think it should be Young at least for this week, Gray didn't put a foot wrong on the weekend.

I'm not sure whether the media reports over here are saying that he is likely to make way, or there's a chance he'll make way though. Either way he'll probably be in trouble when Monfries is back at any rate, and if Young goes could be a chance for the vest.

I'm sure Nozzy on the Port boards would be able to give more info than me though! ;)

Hinckley said he'd be a tough coach if he didn't give him a run this week based on his performance last weekend.

I expect him to get 1 more game, if he has a stinker this week, chop chop

My guess is that Imps will be dropped/rested. Not sure that Butch will come back, he kicked 6 goals in the SANFL, but was;nt overly impressive in team that won by 25 goals [ yes 152 PTS !!!]
