Need help after his last 2 weeks not sure to keep or trade any advice ?

matt1985

If it wasn't for Hanley and mumford, I would be trading him out this week. He has gone backwards :(

Buddysbuddy

Yeah I have to get rid of mummy aswell and traded wingard last week thinking trading Mitch >wingard

Was watching him today and his last two have been disappointing. It seems Tich is a dry weather player as it has rained the last two as it did in round one. He really didn't look like he wanted to get in and get the ball as he was wandering around the extremities waiting for the stats to happen when the only way you would get a stat today was go in and get it.

Yeah he has been very disappointing this year thought he would have maintained his ave from last season. I'm thinking a trade to Dangerfield or Chappy could be the go.

Tom Mitchell season 1: 12 games, 124 kicks, 125 handballs, 41 marks, 64 tackles, 16/8 frees, 11.16 goals, 90.1 av DT
Dayne Zorko season 1: 16 games, 169 kicks, 146 handballs, 74 marks, 102 tackles, 18/16 frees, 16.14 goals, 94.4 av DT

average per game (debut season)
TMitch: 10.5 kicks, 10.5 handballs, 3.5 marks, 5.5 tackles, 1.5/0.75 frees, 7.5 scoreboard points
Zorks: 10.5 kicks, 9 handballs, 4.5 marks, 6.5 tackles, 1/1 frees, 7 scoreboard points
woah, they're similar

hmmm.... does TMitch have (like Zorko) 2nd year blues?

it could be 2nd yr blues but the whole Sydney team is struggling atm - i'm with some commentators and think it is structural - we lost Mummy and the structure is gone from the midfield to getting inside the fwd-50.

don't agree that he is a dry-weather player only because last year he played in the wet and i'm fairly sure he scored tons on at least some occasions (thinking a game against Carlton last yr in particular - field was almost a lake).

he's just not getting the periods of run through the middle right now, like he was last year - seems like Horse has switched him and Parker in terms of role but I haven't been able to see full games to gauge this - anyone else can confirm??

Does anyone know what his predicted money loss is for the next game. His BE is 114 and expect score 81 I suspect another $30k loss to bring him to just over $400k. His next three are Freo, Melb, Brisbane so not sure if I trade him or get out Mummy and Shiels first?

Realistically, are you expecting less than 90 from him v Melbourne or Brisbane?

I'm not tempted to get rid of him, personally.
