looking at this you have way more pressing issues than Nic Nat, McCathey, Clurey & Honeychurch will crucify your scores over the bye period. Something needs to be done ASAP.

Crouch in for Honeychurch, that must be your number 1 priority, you will get 3 price rises before the byes and may be able to bring in Griffen to cover for round 8 & 9.

Next concern is Clurey & McCarthey, unfortunately you've snookered yourself with Clurey because there's nobody to switch to. That means he'll need to be an upgrade over the next fortnight, hopefully Cutler avoids the vest and a straight swap is possible, but you really need to do a stocktake of your bye players as well, I sense a bit of drama on the horizon.

I think you should do the Lloyd trade a week early because you will need all your trades next week - bring him in for McCarthey. Nic Nat can be addressed next week, and you may even be in a strong position to bring in Mummy if he makes a speedy recovery. Ellis or Dunstan to Robertson, Cripps or Gray will free up the necessary funds and will maintain a strong list going into round 8.

Bully! You are tha man! Thanks so much! Hopefully nic will pull up all right and yeah I do get my rookies are in a bit of strife so maybe I shall get them sorted and deal with the others at a later date! This put a bit of perspective for me which is good! Thanks

 current team:

Mitchell Swallow Enright Suckling HANLEY McDonald (Langford Georgiou)
Ablett Pendlebury Rockliff Cotchin D.THOMAS Tyson Polec Dunstan (Ellis Langdon)
Sandilands GRUNDY (Derickx Currie)
Dangerfield D.Martin T.MITCHELL CADDY Higgins IMPEY (ROHAN Ambrose)

Players in capitals are my worries. Still got all 30 trades intact and $60k.

What should my priorities be for this week?

I was thinking: Hanley - Simpson, Rohan to Fasolo. thoughts? Or are there more important trades to make?

thanks :)

tor01doc

I like the idea of Hanley to Simpson. And yes, Ranga to Fasolo too.

Other things to consider are Lloyd after Easter - ? Impey.

James_Pies

I'll be going Caddy to Fasolo

unsure on my next trade.

mitchell, mcveigh, enright, mcdonald, webster, langdon /georgi, langford
ablett, watson, libba, beams, daisy, polec, dunstan, /aish, taylor
sanid, LEUY, /thurlow, currie
danger, martin, parker, pavlich, CADDY, higgins /rohan, jkh

would love another opinion on my trades.

Leuy to Jacobs is a must so theres 1 trade.

For the 2nd trade im thinking of doing Caddy to Crouch through the Taylor DPP, and next week doing Rohan to Lloyd. Fasolo is appealing but hes a lot of money really.

Any other ideas? cheers guys. Been tough work this year..

Think you need to consider who could make more money, Crouch or Fasolo? If you have a plan for the money you get now from Caddy to Crouch then go for it, but unless you're planning an upgrade next week I think Fasolo is a better long term prospect...

Agree fasolo looks like a better option than Taylor. If u need some cash go caddy to fasolo. Won't lose out on points.

I need to get rid of Rohan F6 so want fasolo. But only have 2k so need to go Hanley to jaensch ( would prefer Simpson but not enough cash.
Team below. Any ideas how to get Simpson and fasolo. Or something better?

Mitch swallow mcveigh HANLEY macD Langdon Langford georg
GAJ pendles wato beams Tyson polec Ellis Dunstan aish Taylor
Sandi cox Derrick currey
Dusty danger Pav rough Higgins ROHAN impey jkh
2 k cash.
Thanks all!!

tor01doc

Probably no rush on Hanley as he's going to hold his value whilst out.

Would you consider holding him for this week and concentrating on getting rid of Rohan and one of Impey / JKH for Fasolo and ???

Ricochet

The most annoying thing about hanging onto Hanley for me is Brissie plays thursday night so can't even loopholing him lol

If it's right that Hanley is two week inj I'll hold him.
So next best is to go Rohan and impey for fasolo and prob Lloyd ( as a tiger fan I'm not sold on his JS tho)
No other cheap fwd rooks (Ambrose?)

Vinny

Rohan to Fasolo.
Caddy to Pavlich.

Dunstan has a breakeven of -38 and will make $58,200 this week.

Dumb idea I reckon to be trading him out yet.

Tyson or even Ellis would be better if you were going to downgrade a cow.

Dunstan looked tired and sore in the game last weekend. Reckon he will score less than Tyson, Ellis and Polec before they byes. Dunstan may even be rested before the byes.
