Should I milk Dom Tyson early? Has a B/E of 38.
Thoughts on Tyson > Crouch?
Nah no way that's worth it dude.

So far, Tyson has gone: 111,105 & 94.

The 50 was because he got tagged, doubt he will ever get tagged again.

I'd expect him to bounce back this week.

Judd Magic

Mumford > Minson/Jacobs
Michie > M.Crouch

Week after -

Tyson > Lloyd or S.Gray
Spud Webster > Hibberd

Rest of my mid rooks have a lower B/E, Tyson is in my squad as a cash cow, he might make me another $20-$30k, but  Crouch will make me a further $200-$300k.
Is Crouch a must have rookie?

Southstorm

Agreed he will still make money, although I'm worried about there not being another mid-rookie with as much potential. I'd rather  trade Tyson early and lose $100k for someone who will be equally as profitable than wait until he plateaus and only being able to get someone who might earn $100k. I'll probably look to cash in on some of my mid-rookies next week.

I wouldn't bother getting Crouch he has a round 8 bye

I plan on bringing in Sam Gray next week though not sure who for yet

Crouch isn't scoring nearly as well enough as he should to dump Tyson IMHO. He got 80 this week in a 15 goal win, week before he managed only 45 in a losing side. One of the lingering criticisms I heard about him was that he had no tank and needed to work on his cardio; if those criticisms are true then he isn't likely to play a long string of games. He's just a bit awkward at the moment.

He only played half a game last week was 51% TOG started as sub

Southstorm

Ah I didn't know that. I stand corrected about his average.

In Crouch's defence, he did come on last week as the sub and had 18 touches in two and a bit quarters.

Today he played a heap of midfield, and with the Crow's draw over the next few weeks (GWS, Dogs, Melbourne) there's no reason why he couldn't string a few 80 scores together.

Add into that his JS would be pretty firm with the injuries Adelaide has.

He got 45 after being sub, 51% TOG. His stats at all levels has been nothing short of phenomenal. Must have? Absolutely.

That is why I am thinking he is a must have rookie for $$ purposes.

FonFatty

Wouldn't mind seeing one of the popular rooks missing a few weeks to make this decision an easy one.

To add some steam to the FOR argument... look at Adelaide's draw over the next month- lock him in Eddie.

$351k  left in the kitty and with just 23 trades left it's time to holster the weapon.  But in saying that the only non player I have is Thurlow and all the rest ( except Cotchin, Danger and Nicnat )  are making money.  Cheers.    :)
