Take Beams' VC?

I'm really torn on whether or not to take Beams' 145. GAJ destroys Hawks, but 145 is 290 in the bank... But i guess it's a good problem to have.

Stick to the golden rule of SC, anything above 140 must be banked. Even if you lose out here (it shouldn't be catastrophic) you will win more often than not. 290 points in the bank, don't worry be happy.

You have 145 points in the hand - Say Ablett gets his average against Hawks 163 you are losing only 18 points (yes 18 not 36 as most people believe) so bank it. Whilst Ablett is capable of going greater than 160 chances are remote, He has only exceeded this 9 times in the past 2 years. For the record I had Beams as VC and will be taking it welcome to Captain Thurlow.
