who is a better pick,

Dayne Zorko
or
Luke Bruest.

or is their someone else, preferably cheap as i want to save up some cash

GoLions

Parker? JJK? Would take both of them before Zorko and Breust personally.

MatthewDoubrava

i dont think i will be taking kennedy, looks down a little, and i am seriously considering lukey Parker need some more thoughts though

AaronKirk

Parker is probably a better selection than both Zorko and Breust. Breust will get more attention after his fast start to the season and Zorko has a tendency to throw in a 40 or 50 score every now and then. Even better than Parker go Cyril.

Luke Parker ticks a lot of boxes for me, but I'll be closely monitoring Franklin, I think Tippett's absence may cast a different light on his longer term viability. I was suitably impressed with his form on the weekend, looks to be regaining a bit of swagger and his kicking is near the top of his game.

MatthewDoubrava

okay, so now i'm thinking either Cyril or Parker

Rowan1812

who are you trading to get one of these?

MatthewDoubrava

i am trading Chad Wingard, now i know this may seem stupid at first, i mean, me personally, i Love Chad Wingard and the way he goes about his footy, one of my favourite players in the AFL at the moment. and i know it willl only be a week on the sidelines for him, but consider this....

if i keep wingard, i will have Jay kennedy harris, jarman impey, and also either lincoln mcarthy or Zac merrett all on the field. thats 3 rookies!

Kennedy harris may not start, mcarthy may not get a game, and so might not zac merrett.

i find its better then to risk 3, only have 2 rookies playing

PS: sorry for the long reply haha

GoLions

I'd probably prefer to trade one of your non-playing rookies to Lewis Taylor if you don't have him

Marcos83

If going for league then leave wingard and take the loss for the week. Compare against your opposition and see if its worth it.

Last thing you want to do is do the trade, lose, then pick Wingard up again.

MatthewDoubrava

is that not a waste of a trade considering he wont score very well,

just to earn a bit of cash

I assume you're referring to my suggestion
I don't know how good Merrett's and McCarthy's JS would be, but they're not playing atm and Taylor's JS has gone up even more with Rich out for the season and Green out for a bit injured as well. He'll score fairly well (in comparison to these guys at least) and will make some cash, and has FWD/MID DPP. It's not just to earn a bit of cash.

MatthewDoubrava

oh and also, if i do trade wingard to parker, cyril, zorko, or bruest, i am able to trade nic nat for mummy

thats also another greast reason to do it,

worth it, or just keep wingard and nic nat

Marcos83

Ill say it again. Keep Wingard and NicNat. There both Super players that you got in at the start for a reason. Trades are gold and you will only realize when you have a few left by what I mean.

MatthewDoubrava

i have traded z merrett and got lewis taylor, considering rich and that he will gain me money and score around 60. and that way i will have 3 playing rookies this week
