Which premium midfielder will be the best selection this season? Cotchin/ libba/ ward/ swan?

Got a crystal ball?  ???

I started Libba, so obviously I think him, but all 4 are legit picks

Libba/Cotchin/Swan/Ward for me, but wouldnt touch Swan until he bottoms out and shows us form

Anthonyyyy

I would put it in that order but if you want to trade one of them in pick Libba as he has a good bye

I started Libba over Cotch due to bye. Wouldnt go near Swan until he can prove he's worth it after his bye. Ward could be should be possibly is there as a genuine fantasy option now, may be a good POD if he keeps it up, but even a best case scenario and he's only a borderline top 10 mid along with a dozen other, more predictable options.

Cotchin would be my pick of the above

The question is. Would you trade Swan now to one of Watson/Libba

I have Ablett/ beams/ dal santo all with the round 8 bye, is having 4 premium midfielders with round 8 bye too many? I think libba/ ward still has to prove themselves, so I'm considering cotchin to be the best option. But he has the round 8 bye!

If not worried about the bye, Jellwood!

IMO its too early to bring in Swan, the others are trimming and dont see them as top10 this year. Depending on how/why you are doing the upgrade, its too early to be upgrading as well. We have had 1 price change. None of these guys have break evens that mean they are going to be unaffordable in a few rounds time. Give your cows time to fatten and time to get a better form line on the guys you are going to bring in
