Thought I would start a thread so we can keep track of our injuries.\ and expected return dates.

April 8th Update - Round 3

http://www.lions.com.au/news/2014-04-08/green-hamstrung

Josh Green will miss this week
Daniel Rich Season - Opting for traditional surgery but in a good result it is only the ACL that requires reconstruction as none of the associated parts have been effected,
Luke McGuane will be tested this week
Claye Beams on track to return in three weeks.
Sam Michael 1 week
Patrick Wearden 12 weeks
Still no time frame for return of Brent Staker, Ash McGrath or Stefan Martin.
Daniel Merrett suspended

So 3 forced changes required this week.

McGuane did not come up so will not be considered for Port.  maybe erring on the side of caution with the long plane trip to Adelaide especially with a knee injury.

Its not State of Origin time yet so i can give you guys a bit of sympathy.

Smacked with more injuries now and hopefully Hanley and Berger aren't out for to long

Dont expect more sympathy from me though

Was close Strikes and as i said think we erred on caution with the long flight to Adelaide.

Hanley is also now expected to miss 2/3 weeks.

Leuenberger had surgery on Tuesday morning to repair the meniscus and is expected to miss approximately 10-12 weeks.

Pearce Hanley also underwent scans on his hamstring yesterday morning.

Results revealed the midfielder has a grade one hamstring tear and is expected to miss approximately 2 weeks

We are developing 2 home grown rucks in Same Michael and Archie Smith to avoid the go home problem.  Archie Smith is developing every game and may be a handy back up.  Sauce will provide relief this week as well.

Matt Hass says both Green and Hanley are back this week. Saying the thursday night game meant they missed the last game
