Brisbane Lion Jack Redden has hot spot in left ankle. Will see specialist later in the week. Streak of 112 games looks over #afl

Further devastating news for Brent Staker. Has stressie in foot and won't play this season. Just overcome calf prob and due to play NEAFL

Confirmation of above.  Note however that Reddan is listed in the report as suspected stress fracture which would be season ending.

Very disappointed for Stakes who can not take a trick. Trust this latest setback does not force him into early retirement.

On a personal note Reddans injury with bring an end to my RedRock combo in RDT which I have had since round 1.

Cutler done a groin as well apparently. Lester something with his Quad.

So thats

Redden
Staker
Lester
Cutler

in 2 days

GoLions

We seriously cannot catch a break with injuries this year :-\

Ringo

Lester does not surprise as he was subbed off a lot earlier than normal on Saturday night and looked sore. Cutler must have done his in NEAFL.

Ringo

Injury list as at 1st July

Jack Redden (Ankle) - TBC
Tom Cutler (Groin) - 4 weeks
James Polkinghorne (Ankle) - 1-2 weeks
Patrick Wearden (Quad) - 6 weeks

No mention of Lester but Cutler confirmed for four weeks.

Still no confirmation of extent of Reddens injury

wonder is weardon is meant to be Lester

Ringo

Could be Strikes because I have not heard any reports on injury to Wearden who returned in the NEAFL on the weekend.

Confirmed that it is Wearden unluckily after returning after a long lay off. Lester trained on  Tuesday and will be monitored,

Ricochet

Looks like Redden is done for the season guys

Big Berger

Darn, with Redden out where missing quite a few key players; Rich, Leuy etc.

Vinny

That sucks for Redden & Brisbane, he was having a nice year.

Does give Zorko more midfield time hopefully.

Could say hard luck to Jack but playing for 5 years without an injury is luck in itself.

At least he will be well rested for a full pre-season

Yeh its a good move, get it fixed now and have him fit for a good pre season and 2015.
