Selwood 126 what a bad score, expected more from him.

More effort please next week.

Purple 77

Cape Town - 1024/13, one CC played
Berlin - 732/8, one CC played

Dayum. It all depends on whether Steven is the sub  :-\

Finally a game that wen right for me! Ablett (C), Roughy and Gunston combined for 509 points :D

So that takes me to 1,045 from 10 players. 4.5 players left to play, which are Sloane, Jacobs, Wright, Hill and Zaha (half).

Jukes

872 from 11 and 1/2 co-captains. Pathetic.

Shaw and Frawley the only good players at all.

Lucky still have Clarke, Fletcher and Heppell CC

Buenos Aires Armadillos

D - H. Scotland 75, SD. Thompson, S. Burgoyne 109, C. Newman 77
M - M. Boyd (CC) 153 *1.5 = 229.5 + .1*153 = 245 , S. Johnson (CC) 225, K. Cornes 125, D. Cross 101
R - D. Cox 77
F - P. Chapman, B. Harvey, J. Schulz 120, D. Hale 56
U - J. Kelly 107, R. Warnock 113

EMG - D. Swan 116, D. Petrie, E. Wood 97

Yes we are subbing.

1,430/12

Not bad. Disappointing from Hale after being on around 30 at QT. Poor Pacific.

If our 3 remaining score their average then we're looking at 1,748 which is okay I guess. Somewhat disappointed it isn't out record though.

Sam Gray 104 on debut for the ressies, might need to be upgraded & get a game next week ;)

PARISIAN NICE LYON REINDEERS

Backs: K. Simpson (128), C. Enright (88), J. Harbrow (74), M. Jaensch
Mids: M. Priddis (CC) (67*1.5=100.5), N. Jones (132), L. Ball (104), F. Ray
Fwds: J. Westhoff (CC) (123*1.5=184.5), C. Rioli (77), J. Patton (74), L. Jones (93)
Ruc: M. Lobbe (72)
Int: D. Myers, M. Thomas (102)

Emg: H. Grundy, J. Trengove (60), C. Dawes (68)

1283/12 with both co-captains played so far.

Looking at another solid score despite some let downs such as Priddis, Lobbe/Harbrow/Rioli. Jones continues on his hot streak and Hoff did well in his CC job :D. Jones proved a solid choice as Wingard's replacement this week, although Casboult is pushing for selection next week after a solid showing for Marseille. Jaensch, Ray and Myers to come, could possibly be pushing for a score over 150 this week and looking good to take down a big scalp :).

New Delhi Tigers   596   8 (Captain to come)
Mexico City Suns   1023   10 (1 Co-Captain to come)

Suns will coast home....

Tokyo Samurai   934   9 (1 Co-Captain to come)
Dublin Destroyers   981   8

Tokyo putting up a good fight, and are still in the running, but Dublin still favourites

Cairo Sands   870   10
PNL Reindeers   1230   12

An upset on the cards, as PNL put its final credentials there for all to see.

Seoul Magpies   648   9 (Captain to come)
Beijing Thunder   1110   13

Well..... This looks like a disaster for Seoul, who lost to New Delhi last week.... How did they score 150 again? Not over yet, but ouch.

Wellington Warriors   758   11
New York Revolution   810   8

New York have this.

Pacific Islanders   612   8
Buenos Aires Armadillos   1430   12

Buenos Aires scare me just a little bit

Cape Town Cobras   1061   13 (1 Co-Captain to come)
Berlin Brewers   732   8 (1 Co-Captain to come)

Close! With Cape Town 329 points with 5 players more... Berlin should be favourites from here.

London Royals   450   6 (Both Co-Captains to come)
Moscow Spetsnaz   901   11 (1 Co-Captain to come)

This game still alive! If London's midfield get on top, we could have an upset here....

Sao Paulo Pumas   1052   10
Toronto Wolves   855   9

Pumas have the edge for sure, but stranger things have happened.

Just a question on how the sub rule works here for Beijing. Caddy started sub, so he is replaced by an emergency, but none of those are forwards. So does Toovey (1st emg) come on for half points? Also with Rosa pulling out it's a straight swap with Neale (2nd emg), but it's also possible for Aish to move to the mids and Toovey to the bench with Neale becoming the forward for Caddy at half points. So which way does it work? The way that gives them the most points?

Will feel more comfortable if it doesn't come down to requiring a good score from Hill and half Zaha to get the win...

Sub rule only works if he can be replaced by standard emergency rules, and since Caddy can't, he stays on the ground.

Toovey comes in for Rosa.

QuoteBuenos Aires scare me just a little bit

Awww, don't be scared Oss :(

We're a friendly bunch down at Buenos Aires. Kind of exciting the boys pumping out a good score once. Even better once you consider the fact we still have best XV players not in the team this week like Swan, Gilbert and Barlow.

Also waiting on Petrie to return to form and depth players like Sewell to return. If Sewell gets back and can average 75-90 then we can use him emg and rest one of our mids every single week :)
