The other thing to consider is that for most of us Michie to Buckley/crouch/cripps is a straight swap where we would have to use another trade to get kelly. Two trades too much.

Good point SR

I can straight swap Michie to Kelly, but spending the extra 40k, when I can actually save money on getting Buckley or Crouch is the decision to make

Fid: I don't think we can rely on those projections too much as they are heavily specific to them getting precise scores each week

I would back Buckley to go above 43 more often than Kelly will go above 83

Kelly has looked good, but they have played low teams recently, so you have to think his scoring will go down and wont be able to ton up against better opposition

FactHunt

Buckley is ave 60 odd at the moment isn't he?

I do see your point, gee it is a tough one.

all three have good and bad points.

I wont be making my change until I at least see Carlton's final lineup (including sub)

I don't wont to be caught with Buckley as the sub and I cant reverse the trade.

Oh...

the 43 points and the 83 points are the projected scores (from HS Gold)

I'll be doing the exact same thing. Cripps should play this week, and I think he had something like 34 touches on the weekend of which 20 were contested

Is it Worth trading Kelly in for Michie and starting him on the field over one of Dunstan, Polec Or Tyson.

Kelly's first game as sub he only played 31% of the game and managed a 58 also playing against elite midfielders like Montagna, Hayes ect. so i wouldnt say he hasnt played against anyone because melbourned midfield is not that bad either. they have WB this week and people like ward would be taking the tags so im seeing another 100 from kelly this week to put him on the field over polec as he is playing against his old club and will recieve some extra attention

Thoughts?

Cheers guys.Wouldn't have thought 43 will be relevant though.

I have 9 round 8s at the moment ... bringing in crouch would make it 10 .. i would do the trade if i knew he would last til the byes

I reckon he can start over Ellis, but not these 3
