ADELAIDE superstar Taylor Walker is expected to have precautionary scans on his hamstring early this week, but the club isn't concerned.

The Crows are also confident about the injury status of star midfielder Scott Thompson who suffered a corked thigh in Saturday's loss to the Swans.

Thompson limped from the field and was eventually subbed for debutant Matt Crouch, but the club believes he'll be available for Sunday's crucial match against St Kilda.

Mitch Grigg (adductor) and Sam Kerridge (eye) are also both expected to be fit, while key pair Tom Lynch (shoulder) and Andy Otten (knee) are still a week or two away from a return.

Still hoping he gets up for R7 yet, not impossible. A big game in the ressies though after a quarter or so next week makes sense, then two weeks off before a comeback 8)
