Watching the game, I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up a top 8 forward this year. Roaming the half forward and pushing into the midfield. Bomber clearly rates the guy too.

I'm seriously thinking of getting him in, despite missing a 60k increase (He's 330k). Have the $$ to go McDonuts to Merrett in a straight trade, which would see Taylor and Rohan fill my bench instead of a precious field spot.

Sitting 281st at the moment, and the potential 50pts a game gained from Merrett over these guys could be a winner

I traded him in last week cos my F6 was flowered. There are no good rookies this year, so I got on Merrett rather than have JKH or McCarthy spudding it up with 20-40 points. Still a decent option at 320k or whatever it is, but probably not a keeper.

im going Walters to Darling and Caddy to Merrett. At the very least you know Merrett is going to make you around $150k. Caddy doesnt look like making $5k.

Not sold on him tbh. He will face a much tougher challenge this week against Freo in Perth and at his price we've now missed the boat.
