WESTERN Bulldogs defender Jordan Roughead is facing up to two months on the sidelines after dislocating the AC joint in his right shoulder in his club's two-point win over Richmond on Saturday.

Looked like he was pretty sore yesterday. Might open up a spot for Michael Talia again?

The guy has talent. Has Matthew Scarlett mentoring him at the moment and seemed to play some decent footy in the first few rounds. Big loss for the Bulldogs.

He will be a big loss - lets hope his recovery goes well and he can be back in the latter part of the season

Talia seems the obvious replacement although it wouldn't surprise me if Roughy is given LTI and they upgrade Austin to fill in.

After that we have Tom "biscuits" Williams, who I prefer as a 3rd tall in defence not as the key back or the untried Fletcher Roberts or Jack Redpath.

What's happened to Talia in the first place? ???

Must admit I was expecting him to make the CHB position his this year.

The only thing I have heard Macca say is that players in the VFL needed to do what he required before they got a call up.

He is certainly part of the future of the club.
