He finished around 17 th in Gold Coast B/f before they traded him will always be average

who to trade to though.. hes at such an awkward price.. no one to downgrade to, not enough cash to upgrade

It's a tough one, might have to wait for a player to drop, maybe T-Mitch after his shocker today.

yeah ill probably sit tight with him for now and wait till my cash cows are ready to be milked..

or i could trade out rohan since hes also a spud for a rookie and then upgrade

I'm eyeing someone straight after the byes for Caddy who has a hugeeee BE atm and will come back strong when his mate returns.

crowls

lots of comments about trading but where is the fwd horseflesh.   Cause all I am seeing is Horsham races and not Spring carnival

I've left my forward line bare and exposed, should of plugged the Rohan hole to start with but it is what it is. I've got three underperformers in Caddy, Higgins & F6 so something needs to be done ASAP.

Next week I'll probably bring in Fasolo, that deals with F6 in the interim. As for Caddy, I'll be closely monitoring some of the slow starters over the next few rounds, Tmitch & Zorko have horror scores in their rolling average so maybe there will be an buying opportunity in the next few rounds. Cloke is another who's price will tumble, he's due for a monster score soon and has a paltry average of 43, again a good possibility in 2-3 weeks.

Regretting this pick, knew it would bight me. This week have mitchell caddy Dahlhaus zorko all spudding the forwards, think one of the first two must go. Caddy with first bye aswell. I think he could play well against the eagles next week, he's not a supercoach player atm though imo, atleast not with a quality midfield around him soaking up the points

Bully

There's two reasons why Caddy will never be a SC performer, one is his shoddy disposal and general awareness. I counted 4 times last night when he just handed the ball back straight to the opposition, all resulted in scoring opportunities. In short, he has no composure under pressure and doesn't have the tools to get out of trouble - no agility, no acceleration, no peripheral vision. The other factor is he's a one trick pony, his contested game game is decent but he has no outside game whatsoever. He doesn't run and carry, doesn't spread when the team has possession and doesn't present as a goal kicker. And just on his kicking, he kicks like a mule, he has no depth and little accuracy.

As to why I picked him? I guess I got suckered in by the hype, I actually had Parker in the team for the most part and thought I might be able to save a 100k by bringing in Caddy, massive mistake, should never have gone near a player who has registered only one ton in 4 years.

He is still young some players just take longer than others I'm lucky to have a choice between him and Higgins for the bench so will keep for the time being think he can still make some cash

Had he not been a number 7 pick in the draft I suspect he wouldn't be such a popular pick, Stephen Wells is the best recruiter in the business but he paid well over the odds for Caddy, inside mids with such limitations can be found in the second & third rounds. Parker was a third rounder for instance, similar types but Parker has improved year after year. Caddy is a plodder who has been flattered by his original draft position, the sooner he is out of my team the better.
