Who to keep: Michie vs McDonough

Hi all, quick one for this morning. Got one trade left this week, and want to trade out one of these guys not playing.

Main factor in trading is who do you think is more likely to come back in? My gut says Michie will get more games, but I have a better trade option for him - don't rate the forward options too highly.

1. Michie -> Langdon
Missed Langdon at the start, and would open up dp link to def with McDonald, Mitchell and swallow.

2. McDonough -> Ambrose/Taylor
Don't think either of those bench options are fantastic scoring or js options, but playing and earning cash none the less.

I've already got most of the other mid rookies (Tyson, polec, Dunstan, Ellis)
