Rockliff to tag?

Iv heard it was said that Leppa is going to be sending Rockliff to Ablett to shut him down! Surely he can't be shafted like this! He is the best disposal racking up player at the lions. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Posted the article in match day thread Lions v Suns.

Rocky may be given a run with Ablett role.  He had a similar role with Mitchell and until Mitchell took him deep into defence he was racking the points up. Can not see Ablett taking Rocky deep though.

Why not put your best player on the best opposing player makes sense and if both win their ball in for an entertaining game.

Ablett wont need to go forward to shake him. He'll get the pill in the middle against rocky easily. Just hope Rocky gets some himself.

It was on the Lions' website that he'll go head to head with Ablett and not tag him. Expect big scores from both.

I expect it just means they'll be playing on each other. Rocky will be accountable for Gaz and Gaz needs to be accountable for rocky.

I have rockliff and would be stoked if he runs with and tags Gazza. Rocky can find the pill but think he will learn a bit of Gaz which will help Rocky for the rest of the season.  Hopefully it results into more points.
