Can't see much fault with this team. Franklin is out for Rd 1, so if you're going for the 50k, might want to trade him out. :P

Having Malceski, Hunt and Ladson in the backline is a bit of a risk, as is Seaby in the ruck. Also reckon your reserves could be a concern i.e. Lobbe, Roughhead and Roberts might not play at all.

Judd wont be playing for a while so that could be a risk.

TBH i dont rate Ball, seeing that he isnt a great user of the ball but he is going to be fed alot of disposals from Jolly. Plus Sheedy does say to pick players who want to prove a point.

Personally I would take Ablett, but swan is a very good choice for a captain and I do have a gut feeling that he will actually BE the better choice but I don't feel like taking that Punt as im sure Ablett has served many many teams well over the past 2-3 years.

I also dont rate seaby but once again, players who want to prove a point. He is also pretty cheap at the moment and has alot of upside.

O'keefe (from what i saw last year) takes time to get in to form so I'm guessing he is going to drop in money which is when I am sure to pounce on him.

Franklin is out for a week.

I do rate Duffield, great player and dont see him in many teams.

I reckon get rid of Judd for Cooney or Lewis. Cooney is fit and ready to go back to 2008 form and Lewis has been getting good scores and is sure not to be tagged.

Ladson for greenwood, Ladson is injury prone.

O'Keefe for Gia or Robbie Gray.

Tippet out for Dangerfield.

Seaby for Tippet.

Most of the teams that I have seen have Goddard so 1st to 4th backmen that you have are different but solid. From there I agree with the earlier comment about having Malceski Ladson and Hunt in the same team..bit risky but could come off. Personally I would only have two of those three tops. Difficult I know choosing backs at that price..maybe Andrew Raines and hope the change of clubs and point to prove fix his wayward disposal. Midfield seems fine if you are looking to win your league not the money as Judd is out as you would know. So maybe downgrade Judd or Hayes (calf injury) and uprgrade Seaby to H Mac. Forwards I like with the exception of Franklin who is just too inconsistent for my liking but could be your x factor. So overall very good team with some tweaking needed.
