I started Hickey, but both are equal, just pick who suits your team/byes etc better

Depends what you believe works
Hickey is highly mobile, not the best in the ruck
Hampson is a quality hit-out guy, but a typical blah around the ground ruckman

Hickey has Cox/NicNat next, Hampson has Mincing and friends

See if Longer gets named this week played a good game in the 2's and also see how Hickey's foot is then make a choice

+1 I have Hampster and he is gunning it at the moment, but Hickey will stay #1 Ruck all year so you could leave him in your side for much longer. (Not Billy)

Really it will be 2 trades you will spend with these guys are most likely you will have to upgrade again later.

Agree with Shaker's comments assess this week then select.

Can not see Hickey scoring big this week against the WCE talls
BUT his BE in SC is -51 so he is going to make money
His next 3 matches after WCE  are Adelaide, Essendon and Brisbane so he may not see another fit ruckman for a while after this week

Hampson BE is -28 but meets WBD (Minson) Collingwood (Grundy) Brisbane (Luey) and Hawthorn (MeEvoy/Hale/Roughy)

Hickey is $20K cheaper and IMO looks like more the money man than Hampson over the next 3 to 4 weeks
