Yeah..a conspiracy between AFL and the betting agencies....2 good games..the big cash goes onto Dawson...and what is set up...a dodgy report and suspension... >:(

I'm not totally unhappy with the Fyfe one - he could've tackled. However, the Taylor Hunt suspension, although no fantasy relevant, was ridiculous considering he was bumping to shepherd, stayed on the ground, had his elbow tucked in and incidentally made contact with the head when he had no other option (ie. he couldn't tackle Rich as he didn't have the ball).

This is why I think the incidental head contact rule will kill the bump. In my opinion, both Fyfe and Hunt's bumps were totally fair, just accidental head knocks now elevates a good bump up to 2 weeks - it doesn't make sense. A good bump becomes "negligent" as a result of an accident

Yeah I don't like it but it's the way things are now with everything we know about concussions. Sucks but it is what it is.

Yeah I actually agree with you here mate, he was shepherding so couldn't tackle in this situation, so what were his other options? To not lay a shepherd? Doesn't seem right to me.. ::)
