Mr.Craig

Dusty's career scores against Carlton are 62, 81, 59, 64, 79, 91, 78, 28 and 65. The two games after that are against WB who he has a decent record against and then Collingwood where he has a history of 44, 113, 75 and 58.

Anyone nervous about this or are you happy to stick with him?

Glort

I can't sack everyone :P
I'm thinking I will still keep him......... Records are made to be broken :)

Toga

I'm keeping him but I am a tad worried about his record vs the Blues.

I think Cotchin, Deledio & Ellis will all get attention before him though so it's just a matter of whether he will be played in the middle for a higher proportion of the game than he has in the past (often gets plonked up forwards against the Blues) and hopefully he will rest off of half back as his preseason suggested he might do.

DT Gun

carlton tag very well, but look how many points they gave up last week

jvalles69

Mitchell had a good record against Brisbane and look how he went!

DT Gun

dustys record means nothing as he has a new role

Carlton have no key posts but have so many midfielders, he will get a tag i garuntee u that.

Ricochet

Deledio, Cotchin, Martin. Who do they tag first? And with Carrots out they are limited

DT Gun

Probably curnow to Cotchin
Armfield to forward tag Dusty
Maybe Mclean/Gibbs/Murphy run with role or head to head with deledio

Im not a carlton man but thats what i see

Judging by last year:

Curnow goes to Cotchin
Gibbs runs with Deledio
Armfield goes to Brandon Ellis

Really depends on where Dusty plays though because if he's at half back I would say Armfield will go to him, if he plays in the middle it's entirely likely that Gibbs might pick him up and Lids/Cotch run free...

Yeah that sounds likely, but I don't think Armfield will play.

me

he'll ton up this week and be in the top 3 fwds this year so lock

blues boy

From a blues supporter
You could almost put your house on curnow going to cotchin

Gibbs/Mclean will run with deledio

IF armfield plays and thats a big IF he will run with Ellis

DT Gun

so no dusty tag even tho richmond said in the media they want the ball in his hands?

Ricochet

I'm sure he'll cop attention. I just reckon Carlton are limited in terms of personnel this week

me

does dusty ever get tagged? he's tough to tag i think cos he's so versatile and can play forward/mid/back
