Mumford&Dunston vs Hickey&Macrae

I'm leaning towards the more traditional Mumford and Dunstan.  Hopefully Mumford can average high 80s-mid 90s and Dunstan around there as well.  But will Dunstan get the same opportunity once Montagna and Hayes return?  Unlikely.

What are people thinking about Macrae?  Obviously a 100+ average is what everyone is hoping given his preseason and Round 1 score.  So does his scoring potential make you feel ok with Hickey who will likely average 75-80 at best?

Mcrae has the risk of lowering his output as the year goes on I think as a 2nd year player.

I don't think Dunstan's scores will be affected by the others coming back cos he finds his own ball.

I think Mummy and Dunstan is the obvious choice here!
Macrae is way too much risk and Hickey is not going to continually score 80's
Mummy will score well week in week out and dunstan will raise alot of cash very quickly

Dunstan was fantastic as was mummy

but

Saints get lenny hayes and montagna back this week
and
Mumford rucked against pyke

so i think both will be down on output

Backed in Mummy all pre-season and he repaid the faith. Definitely a good pick.

Dunstan showed exactly what he can do and why he's rated so highly - he's a golden fantasy pick.



Hickey has been impressive, but Mummy's a lot more proven despite the fact he's had his fair share of injuries.

I really rate Macrae, he'll be a superstar and he's shown some great signs to date that that is indeed the case.



Taking it all into consideration, I'd probably go with the guys who are both currently in my team - the combo of Mummy and Dunstan.

I think macrae will drop off when griffen returns. Less mid time, dunstan seems more likely as a player to be less effected by joey amd lennys return. I reckon mummy will be a top 5 ruck and dunstan being cheap will make a stack of cash. That is my opinion anyway
