Agreed - dont know where these journo's get their info from, pretty sure they just pluck some names sometimes. They get the obvious ones right - like guys who were out suspended or K Jack coming in. but most of the others are just guesses.

If Goodes is replaced it wont be by Fuller. Talia and/or Tom Young would be the defenders to come in if required.

Agreed. Cannot see the dogs making many changes. They were just beaten by a bloody good team who will very likely finish in the top 4.

it's funny how after beating up on a bottom 6 side all of a sudden the eagles are top four locks. i'm not saying they wont make it, because they did look good, but man the hype train can run out of control sometimes.

we are top 4 locks!!!!! we werent favourite for no reason last year and our squad has only got better and now it is fully fit ... plus we have gotten rid of a coach who was old school and simmo brings the new game to us all ...

My Eagles are in for a big year - everyone else who doesn't follow us closely wont really know how bad our injuries actually were last year - we were crippled with 8-12 of our best 22 out at numerous times, and for large chunks of time

We will finish Top 6 and push for Top 4, and I will be at the Cattery in 3 weeks time to see us take on the Cats!

It's a long season, and it's early days, but as long as we don't get crippled with injuries this year we will play a big part in September :)
