The "Pick A Spud" Match Day Game

I've been thinking about doing this for a while and thought I'd finally give it a crack.

Rules

1) Each week I will pick one game for the round and the players must be selected from those two teams.

2) Pick 2 backs, 2 mids, 1 ruck and 2 forwards who you think will score the worst for the game. Think a player is a shoe in for the sub? Pick him!

3) Instead of the captain getting double points like in AF/DT, in this game he gets half points.

4) If you have a player who doesn't play for any reason then you receive the highest score in that position as a penalty.

That's it. Let's see how it goes.

When do we have to select a team by? Right before the game starts (so that we know the subs), or does it have to be done before the friday night game?
