I'm hoping to keep him at F8 and use him as a cash cow. I really liked his game and should keep his spot but he won't be a great scorer

Certainly showed a lot of courage, which the coaches should like. Melksham and Winderlich are the two Essendon players to come back who may take away the 3 rookies spots. I'd think Gleeson and Z. Merret would most likely give way to these two before Ambrose who's more of a key position player at 191 cm.

Watched the Bomber Thompson press conference and he talked him up a fair bit, i'd say he'll keep his spot long enough to get a decent price rise, brought him in last week at F8

The funny thing is, if I drop Merrett down to Ambrose I have no idea what to do with the chunk of money left over aside from maybe getting Cox in the ruck.

the impressive thing was that Gleeson got 56 in only 55% TOG and only came off because of cramping in his stick thin legs, and Merrett got 45 in 27% TOG .............Bomber has huge wraps on both of them too. Both are natural footballers and have a great future

yeah it's very possible Hardingham will be dropped before one of them yes he kicked 2 goals but he cost us 2 from turnovers by foot directly from him
