Yep, almost all the new rules have to be nominated before the first bounce. Exception being the Co-Captains, but be careful - Holz can tell you the danger in that.

Hmm trying to decide whether I will need to play with 5 forwards this week since Walker is suspended, but have to wait for teams to be announced tonight. Only problem is I am going out for dinner, so won't have much time to decide if I need to or not before tonight's game starts. Stupid Thursday night football :(
