how to make money with ruck rookies?

Ok guys, got thurlow and king on the bench. are their rookie rucks going to get games and points that wont cost us 300k?
btw have ryder *tu to nn later, and sandi as r1 r2
just hate losing cash generation on two donuts every week

The only one in consideration at the minute would be Currie if Goldy cant get up this week and may well play if Goldy does get up from the shoulder. If thats your biggest concern your going ok.

Shoulda thought about cash generation there before round one. Too late now.

Not many are gonna make much cash there now.
As grazz said currie is everyone's best best but time will tell now

At the moment only ruck who stands to make a lot of cash is Sandilands. I can't think of a single other ruck, $300k or not, who looks likely to earn more than $100k in value over the season. Hopefully you can make up the cash in other areas.

I've got Nankervis at the moment because he was superb at junior level and would probably get a game if Pyke was out, and Max King mainly because he was dirt cheap but also because he was mentioned in a HS article.

Have a feeling Derikx might be used a little this season, he looked exceptional in NAB challenge.
His on the brink of selection, with the way Mummy dominated Pyke don't be surprised they give this guy a crack soon.
I also have Max King on the pine, but only for capt loophole purposes, Melbourne play most their games on a sunday so perfect loophole player.

The only way ATM to make ruck cash is to go with 3 mid pricers which some will do but I think it is a major risk and would hurt elsewhere by having $300k+ on the bench. Other than that no idea.

Don't forget Tippett needs to come back in
