Thought they were SD all over Australia. If you have HD Foxtel (I don't) FoxFooty broadcast their exclusive games in HD though.

NSW and Queensland have them on 7mate (and used to have them on 7HD) for all FTA coverage except the ANZAC day match.

they use to replay the Friday night game on 7MATE early Saturday morning

In SA (being a non-rugby state) we get all our matches on 7. We mainly take the same lot that the Ch 7 broadcasters do (i.e. what is shown in Victoria) but when a Ch 7 match is on at the same time as a Port or Crows match done by Foxtel, we get that game. I'd assume WA would be pretty similar.

Tonight's game, tomorrow nights game, Roos v Lions, and Cats v Dockers on Saturday, and Suns v Saints  on Sunday.

Friday Night: Stand alone Ch 7 match (Have to show it)
Roos vs Lions: Foxtel match, so not shown in Vic, but a Qld team so shown in Qld.

Saints vs Suns. Foxtel match but Qld team again.

Yeah other states get sometimes get more games due to mandatory broadcasting of specific teams H&A matches.

That said, we also miss plenty of big matches that get shown in Victoria

Interesting PB but all games are on 7 mate including the stand alone ones CH7 ones (other programming on 7) in Qld.  Needles to say my office TV Permanently tuned to 7 mate.

Suppose this compensates for not getting the footy show till midnight.
