Hibberd

Had him locked in my team until he did his hammy. Now that he is back I am tempted to pick him over Hanley. Will be a good POD but may be a risk given he may not be 100%.

Thoughts?

Scores well but but when injured it always seems to be a hammy

I'd be careful. He will be a POD, but I don't think the Bombers would be playing him if he wasn't very very close to fully fit, surely wouldn't risk him for round 1.

You'd expect them to both average around the same, but Hibberd has the injury risk, so I'd go with Hanley

I'd go Hanley over Hibberd. If you start with Hibberd, expect him to be subbed tonight.

Really?

They always said it was a light hammy injury - not major - and if he is named to play and plays, surely he is no chance of getting subbed

I'm sticking with him - looks like he will be a nice POD

Hibberd still not 100% to play tonight. Has a history of soft-tissue injuries. We will be very careful with him.

I think i might go with him. For me, it's Thompson V Hibberd. By getting Hibberd i can get Currie as R3

Essentially it comes to this for me:

S.Thompson & Ruckman under 120k (nobody that will play)

M.Hibberd & D.Currie

Thoughts?

What other defenders do you have? I think it's worth having Currie on the bench if you can fit him in!
