Agreed, pity it took me till after part 1 of the split round to come to this conclusion. Who's the best mid price ruck still available? HMAC or Hickey?

I see it hurting him a little. Goldy puts up big numbers because he is always out on the field following the ball. This will give goldy an opportunity to rest and he won't be going for hitouts in the forward 50.

I still see him going 105+ so I'm keeping him. As he should be top 2.

A possible benefit is with him not being worn out as much he might not post those low scores at the end of the year that he sometimes does.

But why not go someone like Leuy Holz and bank the 100k cause he can go 105+ too.

Because I don't think he will be a top 3 ruck. Goldy Minson and nic Nat or cox

Split round shouldn't really matter unless you missed Sandi... in which case  :-X

I've gone for Hickey as HMac has had a looooooooooooooooooong time out so will struggle for a bit I think. However with rookie rucks appearing non existant I'm tempted to pick up HMac for the bench and have 3 mid pricers who should all make some money, still thinking about it.

Latest reports are that he will begin running next week (on the Zero-G treadmill this week).

If we go by the initial reports of 6-8 weeks that means he is around 3-5 weeks away now I would think!

Well, I think I'll hold on to him. Was kinda considering maybe swapping him for Minson, but apparently he's injured his back from what I read in another thread  :-\

Yeah I really like it as well mate, Leuey will be a top ruck this year I think and Crouch --> Tyson is a good upgrade 8)

Ok surely minson has to become a more attractive option over goldy ... he might miss out on 3% ruck time and goldy might miss 25-30% now ....

Wouldnt be so quick to jump on Minson just yet, another thread on here earlier today saying that Adealiade MMM radio broadcast him as being injured. Havent heard anything official yet though.
