Wingard is a gun and a complete lock for me this year. Maybe even more than dusty...
Danger is a gun but not for round 1. Get him in for round 2 but use the cash elsewhere as he tends to stink it up against the cats

Yeah i think since its a free hit round and every man and his dog have danger it would be worth trading him for someone like zorko or something and urgrading elsewhere to try and get the edge over people. Everuyones score seem very close at the moment and I personally wanna take a punt to get ahead.

That being said though..... if you get rid of him and then he smashes a 130 out please dont hunt me down hahahaha  ;D

both will be incosistent and thats coming from a big port fan, westhoff as you seen can kick 4 in a quarter but will also go missing in other quarters. wingard is gonna be tagged and although he will still get 15 plus possesions hes just not worth the risk

Agree. Not going near either of them.

Too many good forwards this season, my starting line up for the season consisted of:
Danger, Dusty, T Mitch, Wingard, Pav & Caddy. So far no regrets whatsoever. Wingard should average high 90's so he'll be in most teams by the end if the year so the way I see it is the winners will be those who obtained him at starting price

May consider the Hoff later in the season. If he keeps these performances up consistently he would take out the Coleman with a good chance at a simultaneous Brownlow haha. I think this opening round and the full strength NAB cup win against Essendon has shown last season was no fluke and I'm hoping they can try and push for the top 4 this season. I'm adamant they'll make the 8.

I think watch Ollie Wines closely as well and Kane Cornes will probably repeat last season but we've already obtained the best deal with Polec hahaha

Ollie Wines will be a gun
I'm wary of 2nd year blues, but he looks pretty good

obviously not jumping on (too awkwardly priced for mind) but was everywhere last night

2nd year blues dont apply to those who go in and win their own ball, the kid is a raging bull he jums into packs with players of 10 years experience and rips it out before them.

Wingard. Westoff is too inconsitant and over the course of the season Wingard will score higher

DT Gun

This is the thing about the round 1 free hit, everyones gonna bring in players who scored well..

tsk bloody tsk

It's great news: watch everyone get sucked into Westhoff (again) and for him to hit a cold run, just like last year, putting out 33s and 40s. As soon as a team can find a good matchup for him that will follow him all over the ground, he can't score shower.

Mitch Brown kept him to 33
Nathan Grima kept him to 45
Chaplin to 58

And although he scored a 140 on Otten in Rd 3 last year, in Rd 19 Otten kept him to a 41...

...however Otten isn't in the crows team this week (is he injured?) so Westhoff will most likely get Talia...he could go big next week, but just far too inconsistent for mine. Only takes the right matchup from the opposition and he's outputing like Zac Dawson.
