I wouldn't worry too much, between Impey, McDonough & JKH, he won't be too far behind the pack. Just a typical forward rookie pick who will have horror days. Those who will be smiling are the ones who stacked the forward line. But to do this, something has to give on another line, potentially causing problems down the track.

Early days yet, just bench him next week and treat him like a slow burning cash cow.

Good: Swallow killing it, Fyfe scoring 122 and then being looked after, Cotchin getting a million (mostly shanked) disposals, Beams scoring 136 in a team that got annihilated, Polec being much better then he looks, Luke Parker being prominent around the ball, Gaz, Dusty being used everywhere, Langdon pulling a Magner

Bad: Daisy isn't up to full speed yet, Impey was decent for a first gamer, but only scored 56

Ugly: Buddy up against a pretty crap defender in Davis and doing nothing, McDonough looking aggressive but not good enough

On track for 2300-2400 so very much a happy camper after day 1.
Rohan and Cunnington didn't score aswell as I hoped, but can deal with that as there hasn't been many there options yet that have proved to be any better.
No sure what to think of Mcdonough, but if he can keep his spot im happy to take the slow cash generation.

It wasn't a good weekend for the blood nuts, Lobbe also looked uninspiring and Vlastuin had a Barry Crocker. For those who picked Sauce, be very afraid.

The Langdon one was because I had him n the bench. It was average because I got it wrong.
Yeah im happy with 100 from my forwards too, But they average that so I class it as an average score. 110 would be good. Mitchell i think didn't have the best game and still got 95 so not complaining.

None so far which is a surprise based off my performances in round 1 previous years.
