Just saw that pats actually are getting done for 11 from 12 being underinflated :o

If this was regular season I reckon I could maybe even see them being forced to forfeit the game, but seeing as it was the conference championship, they wouldn't do that. Maybe loss of their first pick at worst. It's cheating, but it's not that bad.

It still puts yet another asterisk next to a patriots super bowl potential win

If it was such a problem at the time couldn't the colts have said, oi cows pump our balls up? Or is it only a disadvantage now they've lost.

It only deserves a soft punishment. Referees should have checked the balls.

Don't be disrespectful. Sure, Belichick pushes the boundaries but the amount of success the Pats have had over the last 10 years or so, is because they're an awesome football team and one of the great football dynasties. No asterisk.

Seahawks got outplayed by Green Bay who on the road are just an average team. Neutral field, Brady will expose the LOB.

I'm in Phoenix at the moment and the hype about the Superbowl on the street is madness. Weather forecasting out till 1st February,

The deflating of the balls all over the news and social media here. One of the comments from a guy who said should my son wear is Brady named Pats guersey to the game for fear of condoning what they did.

Yes Bill 11 of the Pats balls were found to be underinflated

So I finish work at 6am on Super Bowl ~~Sunday~~ Monday and the game starts at 7:30, absolutely no way I can avoid having to watch it now :'(

flowering 10pm to 6am two weeks in a row, brutal!

Very hot topic over here as you can imagine. Personally think that Belicheck would be stupidto try something like this given the spygate scandal involving the Pats a few years back.

Based on the rules it would be very hard to deflate balls once the referee has custody 2 and a quarter hours before game, Specualtion though that a couple of Pats players try to deliberately spike the ball.

the way he answered the questions was very similar to spygate when it first emerged, if u read how his story changed about the employee from start to finish it makes it difficult to believe his words at the best of times

I don't think this one is on Belichick. Totally believed everything he said in his press conference.

Brady seemed nervous as hell in his, so people are going to point the finger at him. But wouldn't we all be nervous if the entire country wanted our head for something we have no knowledge over?
