I was watching Bucks in an interview the other day and he commented that Collingwood are currently in a premiership window.

Is this window currently fogged up or is he full of BS because the result in Melbourne away from Perth against Freo doesn't stack up.

Collingwood's premiership window ended in 2012 I feel.

They are on the way down now and will have a few years of rebuilding. I don't see them making the 8 this year.

It's only rd 1, but what Freo done to the Pies on Friday night, in Melbourne, I think their premiership window has slightly closed. Not righting them off on 1 game, but it was ugly

Then again, the giants beat Sydney by 5+ goals... Maybe we should wait a couple of rounds before calling it :p

I am aware that we are not a premiership threat this year, (and my opinion has not changed since last years trades) but I do believe that from next year onwards we will have a red hot crack at the top 4 and a flag. White is huge for our structure and another year into Grundy, Adams, Bennedy and Toovey will be hugely beneficial. Getting Marley back for next season along with seedsman will give us a huge boost to our backline run which was sorely missed against freo.

If Collingwood win the Premiership this year I will buy a Magpies Membership.

PIES FOR SPOON NOW!!
After our loss to PA this is looking as Carltons only inspiration for 2014. If it does happen I do not care on Carltons position this year as to bag my pie friends (I do not have many) is bliss.
