It's a split round. Two weeks is too long to wait in remorseful agony if you don't put the C on Gazza and he goes 150+.

Gazz has scored 127, 133 and 120 against the Tigers since joining Suns.  In the last 2 years his first round scores have been 139 and 178. So based on that I will stick with Gazz but with my luck it may make stats lie.

I am really tempted to take Sandi's score

Ablett would need to score 140+ for taking Sandi's score over him to annoy me, and Matt Thomas will be looking to impress his new club and I see him following Gary all game. I know no one can stop Gaz, but will he go 140+?

I think I will start the season safely and take Sandi...

I'm in the same boat and for Round 1 @ 127 it is a little too safe for me.  I expect most will be 'greedy' and go with GAJ and getting it wrong will only put me behind the few.  Locking it in and getting it wrong would put me behind the majority.

Either way it's highly unlikely to be a season defining point differential.

especially since i haven't done the loophole even last season so forgot and failed by actually selecting Sandi as C
so thank god he scored well anyways.....lol

As mentioned, I cant stop thinking that Thomas is going to impact Gary's score. I know nobody ever does, but I just cant shake that feeling. All the stats and history say Gaz is the man, but argh! I think I should go with Sandi
