Hoping he wouldn't making the decision easier.

Will Roos play JKH or lock in Impey?

I guess that's what corrective trades are for!

Danzac

Wait to see if he's the sub, if he is, eject him.
Same with McDonough

roti

Pretty good chance to be sub you would think

ubeaut

Not quite understanding the logic about being sub. If he's on ur bench does it matter? Heaps of our rookies are a chance to be sub/subbed doesn't mean it will happen every week.

What if they're sub round1 then play full games for the next 7? Feel pretty silly leaving them out then - unless u have to field them which of course is different.

cortez

Not taking him, Rohan and JHK is my bench! Just confident with him. But if he kills it first two weeks then he'll be in for JKH

Agree

What about Matthew White? wouldn't he play a similar role to what he did at Richmond? I hope he is the sub and not Impey

With the lack of options for forward rookies it would be better to go with someone who is named to play in the first week than someone who may not be picked and then make corrective trades if necessary.

Yeah, i thought Impey was more of the strong, powerful type...? Doesn't exactly have the same zip that you would normally want from a sub. Thats why White looks to be the perfect sub-candidate IMO.

If he is not the sub then pick him, if he is the sub then don't pick him.

You don't want to be picking a player who is constantly the sub as there will be very little cash generated which is what rookies are all about.

RaisyDaisy

I've got him at F8

Considering my F6 is Higgins, I don't mind having him at 8, chances are I will never field him, but hoping he can play to make some cash

Even if his sub I will still leave him there - Hinkley would have to be a real prick to start him sub, and then drop him - so I reckon he gets a couple of games early on - well at least I hope so!

auscoyote

If he starts as sub i will switch to McCarthy or maybe Thurlow if he gets named.

Footyrulz

Take if not sub, otherwise get rid of him.

newfreofan

I'm holding on Impey, I reckon JHK will be a flash in the pan and never seen again after round 4 or so. Hope I don't have to eat those words.
