Whats everyones thoughts on Charlie Dixon as F4??

Im thinking the same thing but for F4. Last season he was averaging 90 before he got injured.  I am still tossing up between him and Hale. I have hickey and sandi in the ruck so i want one of these 2 as cover just in case touch wood.

I think with Smith on the long term injury list dixon should go pretty well.

he came out guns blazing last year but after injury found it hard to back him up. Was all set to have him as a POD and backup ruckman for Sandy via thurlow but he's been in and out of my team and i reckon I'll settle on Mitchell instead. If Sandy blows a gasket he needs to go anyway

I just dunno about Parker with Buddy and Tippet in there now....Im thinking Dixon might be a unique too

Sounds crazy. But with Gorringe omitted I'm tempted to name Dixon in the ruck view to swing him forward once I have a better gauge of which ruckmen will put their hand up this year

Yeah, it's not like it's the first game of the season or anything,

I've had Dixon locked in from day 1 and he never left my team.  An injury-affected game isn't going to dissuade me.  I couldn't care less about consistency as long as he gives me 95+ :)

Reckon he is one of those blokes that is always going to have something go wrong, that's why i made those comments + people were right about his scores being affected by him not pinch hitting ruck, sounds to me like someone is just grumpy because they have him on field..R1 yeah but glad i didn't pick him ty FF

Lucky he has that extra week to get over the concussion as well  :D

Fair enough, I just get grumpy when people make "I told you so" posts on premiums after a week or two.

Picked him up last year and he failed me

I'll give him 2 more games. He copped a knock early in the game which he didn't recover from. Finger crossed, ruck DPP could be crucial this year again.
