DEF, RUC, FWD Lack of bench depth

Anyone else have concerns over their depth in DEF, RUC, and FWD?

I currently have:

DEF: Langford, Georgiou
RUC: Currie, Thurlow
FWD: JKH, Impey

Without spending 200k+ for bench players, this seems to be the best I can come up with.

Anyone else have the same issues or other players worth considering?
