Whats your "11th hour" Change

With teams being named later tonight, interested to hear what people "changes at the 11th hour" are

You've gone with one thing all preseason, and then have made the massive backflip now

For me, I have had a premo R1 all season, but just now I have backflipped and gone with Hickey

Have also now thrown Webster into my team

Both of these moves have allowed me to go with 5 premo mids, which I like. No more Tyson, but with his starting price I feel like Starting Rocky and Hickey is better than Tyson and Goldy. My reasoning is that total points combined between the two pairs should be similar, although I would think Rocky and Hickey are slightly in front, but Rocky is a sure thing to finish Top 10-15 mids, whereas the rucks have so much question marks, this gives me time to see who the guns will be and I can upgrade Hickey to one of them later, instead of upgrading Tyson to a premo mid

What drastic changes have you made now that rd1 is finally approaching?

I had Leuey and Simpson all pre-season, then managed to find the cash to turn them into Goldy and McVeigh. And then my 11th hour 59th minute change was turning McVeigh back into Simpson :P

A couple of big changes for me:

1. Ditched the mid-priced ruckman option (Pyke/Ryder) in favour of Goldstein.
2. Got rid of Cotchin from my mids in favour of GAJ after staying away from the little master all pre-season. Hope that doesn't backfire!

These changes above meant that I had to make some concessions in the Fwd/Def areas - Atley now sits at D4 and Dahlhaus is my F3 instead of Buddy.

*Dropping Sloane from M4 (had Beams M5, he is now M4) to a Rookie to bolster lines elswhere. Not excited about that I think he will tear it up this yr and my boys name is Rory hehe.

*As well having then restructuring and not including Hawkins, I think he is cheap and being fit he will be a great forward this yr, I am a bit bias though being a cats man....

thinking of going with only 3 prems + 1 mid + rookies in my midfield.  midfield seems to be the holder of most of the decent rookies that will make the most $$.

none so far, i like the team as it is, there's some risks but im happy to take them.
left some coin in the kitty for after round 2 changes, and upgrading players.
happy with the setup too, got standard minimal amount of rookies on each line.
Def 1, Mid 3, Ruc 0, fwd 0.

the DEF line is making me a bit nervous. but i havent been happy with it all preseason.
still tossing up Hurn/Swallow/malceski.

Just gone ziebell to a rookie, so now running a 4 premo/ 6 rookie midfield.
Allowed me to go hmac to nicnat and a couple of other little changes
