should i pick varcoe? very cheap and going to be playing in the no.1 midfield in the comp very likely to improve scoring from last year

I may be slightly biased as I support the cats but I think he is worth getting.  He has trained really hard in off season.

Yep he's worth it. Has put in a good preseason and from all reports he is fitter, stronger and quicker than he was last season, he must be impressing the coaching staff down t Geelong to be vying for a midfield role.

isnt he a gamble tho because if he becomes one of the midfield rotations he will need to average something like 18 to 20 disposals and 2 to 3 goals a game which seems a large jump from what he achieved last year and throughout his career? His current price is $276 100

he is a gamble but you don't get a good ranking without gambles on gut feelings.

looks a good fast player. could get the ball alot if used as a runner.

he is one worth considering imo.
