Dream job would be getting paid to write stuff like this and the music blog I've started writing. However, jobs actually exist in engineering so I guess I'll keep doing that.

So had a spate of bad luck and good luck due the FanHub's fantastic work thus far and came out pretty much even so can't really complain.

Had Ablett captain but upon checking it after his blistering game it said he was VC, so all wasn't lost, loophole time.
Alas check again later, and I had neither a C or VC listed, Ablett had lost his loophole power!

Then came the struggle, with arguably all the safe options having already played who to pick?

After a few team tinkles which included saying goodbye to Rocky, the Captain's armband rested on S. Selwood after reading Lahug's wonderful work.

Still thought I should try piece together as much of my salary cap as possible by playing around further so I could get a Geelong gun in for a bit of VC action. Pulled up about $3000 short of Stevie J after saying goodbye to Cox and bringing in Hickey, dammit!

But as fate would have it, S. Selwood was named! He was my only hope. Seeing Lahug mention Adelaide was one of his favourite teams to play fantasy wise was as good a sign as anything. With not much to lose I slapped the VC on Jelwood and came on to check the scores a few minutes from 3QT. THIS MIGHT ACTUALLY WORK!

And Mr Selwood did me proud with a tasty 132, so at the end of FanHubgate I only lost out by 9 points. Well done Jelwood and well done Lahug! Top Marks!!!

Nice one! Good to see that, despite FanHub's struggles, you managed to come out all well and good. Plus, having GAJ and Selwood in your team probably puts you on top!

Just wanna see Treloar and Heppell, my two main BXVs captain choices (even though it uses Sportal).  :P

Heppell very poor vs. North! Treloar solid (think 95) against the Swans. Definitely go with Treloar.

Yeah, have gone with Treloar. Looks a good choice atm.

So, Treloar ended up scoring 3 points more than Heppell did.  :P

Sportal loves Heppell, kills it more often than not.

He scored sub 100 like twice last year from memory.
