Each to their own. I'm pretty sure we'll all just end up with Ablett anyway...

DT Gun

I know stevie J has a bad record v the crows but thats as a forward...

And the time he was destroying midfield he got knocked out at the first bounce so i have a sneaky feeling hes gonna start 2014 with a slutty stevie J bang

Mr.Craig

Time to resurrect the Swan Afraid Of The Dark theory?

Looks hurt so might put it down to that. Plus the interchange cap doesn't look to be helping...

Swan looked a bit sluggish to me, not sure if it's interchange cap or just underdone (pulled up a bit lame in [I think] Q2)

went Scooter C with Barlow VC, VERY tempted to loophole it

So, has the loophole closed?
Weirdly, it looks like you can't change your C or VC... Might just be a bug on the site but I guess we won't know until, if it is a bug, it's fixed.

I'd be taking GAJ over all but Barlow anyway...

Mr.Craig

Fair to say I would lol...very hard if that was the case.

Noticed this as well. My C is sitting on GAJ who I was probably gonna use anyways but interesting! Thought it might've been like that just while the scores etc are updated for tonights game... ???

Surely that is an Urban myth (I'm too lazy to actually check). I saw him paralyse Port Power in Chad Cornes' last game at AAMI, under lights, in the pouring rain. His ability to read the flight and pattern of the play and arrive at the contest before any other player on the field was a master class in field positioning.

I crunched the numbers pretty thoroughly last year and posted the results in one of LaHug's captain threads. There was a significant difference in his day time and night time performances. With so many variables though it's impossible to pinpoint the exact reason for it.

Would be very wise to do so. I see GAJ's ceiling at 150 this week which means, at the very very most, you're losing 16 points. However, he's more likely to get 130 or less so you should be gaining points! Well done :)

I seem to recall him improving in night games just after I started mentioning your numbers in my articles. I somehow jinxed it. I used it as reasoning to captain GAJ or Pendles over Swan a couple of times and it backfired big time. The numbers were very solid early but balanced out a bit towards the end.

Mr.Craig

He had some huge numbers at night, it's just that his day time scores were....huger.
