He's out of side for now, I'd rather a $123k or $117k player sit on my bench.

Rampe, Richards, Smith
Malceski, Grundy, Mcveigh
Shaw on the bench.

Hows he gonna fit into that defense?

I'm with you mate. The only way I see this happening is if Malceski pushes up onto the wing. His damaging left foot can also score so not sure until teams at 6pm tomorow. Even then i think Horse would opt for Cunningham sitting next to Shaw on the bench rather than Laidler.

And Alex Johnson will be in the 22 once fully fit. Laids is definitely a depth player, the lads at DT Talk don't know what they're on about

Yeah these so called "experts" can be misleading.

I'd love to have laidler as an option but with such a strong line up, Shaw back in, Johnson not that far off, Cunningham being talked up he is just too risky as yet.

Same. There may be more than one to pick and will have similar scoring potential at a cheaper price with similar or better JS.

if he wasn't at the Swans he'd be almost a lock.. kid can play but so many backline options at Sydney.. out of my side..
