Luke McDonald - Really?

I reckon if McDonald is named will def be a sub - I've ditched him and will throw in Langford or Georgiou, the extra cash is sweet too.

It would be highly unlikely that I would burn a trade if McDonald doesn't get named in round 2, round 3 maybe but there's enough coverage for me to ride out a couple of games. There's also KK who won't be changing in price.

Out of interest, do you have Langdon as an emergency?

In SC I didnt get Langdon at all, decided to change my structure and made the call the defensive rookies were too hard to call.

Suckling D5, Webster D6, MacDonald and Georgiou

In DT, AFL, SB and Sportal he was on the pine.

I'll hold L-Mack if he's not named, take Langdon's score, see if he's named in round 2. If not again, play Langdon/Langford. If he isn't named again in round 3 I can easily shunt him to Laidler/Georgiou/whoever!

I have 4 def rookies: Clurey, Langdon, Geogiou, Mcdonald.

Was thinking of ditching mcdonald for langford. With this cash at the end of round 2 it would allow me to trade Clurey to Laidler (providing clurey proves to be a dud pick)

Bad mistake,a lot of people realised in the last week or so before R1 W1 that there was more rookie value in the backline than up Forward...i have Caddy,Higgins F5 & F6 and 4 backline rookies which early days looks to have been the right call + these 2 Forwards have way more upside than Suckling/Webster imo..but we will see soon enough  ;)

i have had mcdonald locked all preseason .. but with the emergence of langdon and georgiou i seem certain to be playing(and clark on LTI for 8 weeks) i am very much considering dropping him and banking the 80k ... I also picked KK from the start of the season based on some late information from a qld mate of mine (hope it eventuates now haha) so i feel like having both of them might be a bit too pricey ... the extra 80k may come in handy for me elsewhere ... just thinkin at this stage though

Honestly wish i had KK instead of McDonald right now,well see how he goes i guess

will be happy if mcdonald plays and gets above 60 happy to keep him as a cash cow. Have him at D7 at the moment but might switch him with langdon at M10 if he does not perform.
