Reckon I might Stick McDonald in the mids as m6 with Tyson Michie, Polec, Ellis and Dunstan my other rookies and going with Webster and Martin as d5 & d6.

Going to run the risk with McDonald D5 and Brodie Martin D6.. Very risky but should work out..
Brodie Martin from Adelaide? Hmmm..

ubeaut

Martin doesn't appear too popular on the best 22 for Crows forums. He would probably play due to injuries but for how long? Probably a huge vest candidate too? Risky at D5?

Brodie Martin is definafelt in the Crows best 22. Kicked 3 the other day and loons really good atm.

Na read in a few articles that he has worked his way in to there starting line up.

Brad Scott at his press conference just said that McDonald is no certainty to play on Friday Night. What do we read into this?

seeing as they just upgraded Tippett it will be interesting to see what happens for sure

Read that it could be a flowering horrible start to the season for me!

Not overly good news, I only have him on the bench in one of my fantasy teams :(

if he does end up missing.....would u keep him and grab Langdon's emergency.....or trade to Georgiou/Langford if named?

AaronKirk

Its personal opinion but I prefer to pick players who are playing. I have one spot left for rookies in defense and with Laidler and Langdon with decent JS i'll just pick one of Langford/Georgiou/Cutler/McDonald or whoever plays.

GoLions

Depends on what chances he would be to play round 2. If he's really close I might keep him and hope he plays round 2, and if not then bring in another rookie defender on the bubble who is set to make the most cash and good JS. If he doesn't look like getting a game anytime soon though, then hello Langford.

Bully

If he doesn't play then I may still keep him to lock in Langdon's score. Will assess when the teams are named.

Lol imagine the carnage it would cause if he didnt get named  ;D

For those that have him at D6 the carnage will be minimal.
